3.3 Account Suspension & Closure
vs99 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice for any reason, particularly in cases of Terms violations. You may also request closure of your account at any time through the support team. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be eligible for withdrawal.

4.1 Deposit Terms
All deposits must be made from a valid account registered in your name. Using third-party payment methods is prohibited. vs99 may request additional information or place a hold on suspicious transactions.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
Your account must be fully verified before making a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour, but may be delayed if identity verification is not complete. Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
4.3 Bank Transfer Guidelines
For deposits or withdrawals via bank transfer, you must use the bank account registered with your vs99 account. Transactions can be made through Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or other Bangladeshi banks, but the account holder name must match.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
vs99 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before funds earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Unfairly claiming bonus benefits, reclaiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or exploiting loopholes in bonus terms is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the bonus and all funds earned from it will be forfeited.
5.4 Promotional Offer Changes

Gaming & Betting Rules
6.1 Fair Play Guarantee
vs99 ensures that all games are operated using impartial and verifiable random number generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of each game is completely independent and is not influenced by any previous result.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game remains incomplete or displays an incorrect result due to a technical issue, vs99 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the wagered amount to the user. In such situations, vs99's decision is final.
6.3 Sports Betting
Odds displayed in sports betting are subject to change. If an event is cancelled or abandoned after a bet is confirmed, the wagered amount will be refunded. Payments will be voided for bets connected to match fixing or manipulation.
6.4 Maximum Winnings
